Planters warts are noncancerous growths on the skin, usually on the soles of your feet. That's where mine were. They're caused by HPV, the human papillomavirus, which gets into yourr body through breaks in your skin.
My planters warts looked like small, grainy, flesh bumps on the sole of my foot. Some of the planters warts I had were gray and brown lumps that had one black pinpoint.
